Hello. If RipIt4Me got you going, more than likely it was just a minor problem with file structure or the AnyDVD was causing the interference and it wasn't on. As noted before, AnyDVD doesn't always play well with ImgBurn. If a compliance issue, the built in FixVTS takes care of some structural problems. You need to go back to the latest firmware. That doesn't appear to have been the problem this time. The firmware updates are to address issues found with the drives and it's always a good idea to stay up to date. Sometimes it's for a function of the drive and sometimes it's how the drive sets write strategy for newer media. Whatever, the factory techs saw some need for the updates.
